Key Responsibilities:
- Customer First: Warmly greet customers, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
- Estimate & Sell: Recommend, price, and clearly explain necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Parts & Coordination: Order the right parts efficiently to keep workflow moving smoothly.
- Teamwork: Work closely with our shop mechanics to ensure high-quality repairs and accurate completion times.
- Clear Communication: Keep both customers and technicians fully informed throughout the repair process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer selling auto repairs.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, organized workflow, and a team-player attitude ready to grow with our business.
